Open the multiple pages per sheet tool, add your PDFs and pick 2, 4, 6, 9 or up to 16 per sheet. Every page is shrunk to fit whole, a 1 cm binding margin is kept on all sides, and you can add sheet numbers and an index.
How do I make a book cover with the spine for printing?
Open the book cover maker, add the front and back cover pictures, choose the book size and enter the page count and paper GSM. It works out the spine width, places back, spine and front in the right order, adds crease marks outside the cover and exports a 600 DPI CMYK file or a 12 × 18 or 13 × 19 PDF.
How do I convert a scanned PDF or photo to text?
Open the OCR tool, add the scan or photo, tick the languages on the page and press Read the text. Low-DPI and shadowed scans are cleaned automatically, and you can copy the text or download it as Word or a searchable PDF.
How do I make a dark-mode or black-background PDF printable?
Open the invert colours tool and choose Auto or Invert everything. White text on black becomes black text on white, and text PDFs stay sharp and selectable. Grey scan backgrounds can also be cleaned to pure white.
How do I print a long screenshot or a WhatsApp chat?
Open the long screenshot to PDF tool and add or paste your screenshots. It splits them into A4, A5 or Letter pages, placing each page break between lines of text so nothing is cut in half, and saves one PDF ready to print.
Do I need to create an account or sign in?

Are my files uploaded to your server?
