Questions about sending files
How do I send many files for printing at once?
Open this page, drop in all your PDF files, fill in your name, mobile number and printing choices, and press Make my ZIP file. Your device packs them into one ZIP with an order sheet and saves it automatically; you then send it to BulkPrintouts.com on WhatsApp at +91 98201 69619.
Are my files uploaded to your website?
No. The files are joined or zipped inside your own browser. They only leave your device when you send the finished file on WhatsApp.
Can I send Word, Excel, PowerPoint or photo files?
No, only PDF files. We print from PDF so your layout comes out exactly as you made it. In Word, Excel or PowerPoint use File, Save As, PDF. On a phone, open the file or photo, choose Print and then Save as PDF. Then add the PDFs here.
How do I attach the ZIP on an Android phone?
The ZIP is saved to Downloads automatically. Tap Open WhatsApp chat and send the typed order message, then in the same chat tap the paperclip, choose Document, open Downloads and pick the file. Android does not allow ZIP files in the share button, which is why this step is needed.
Is there a size limit?
WhatsApp accepts documents up to 2 GB. Very large jobs can be split into two files. There is no limit on how many files you add here.
Will the files be printed in my order?
Yes. The files are numbered in the order shown in the list, which you can change with the arrows, and the order sheet lists them in the same order.
Can I send very large files?
Yes. Files up to about 2 GB go on WhatsApp. For anything bigger, use the SwissTransfer option on this page: it is free, needs no signup and takes up to 50 GB. Send it to bulkprintouts@gmail.com with your order details in the message.
Can I email the files instead?
Yes. After making your ZIP, tap Write email: the order details are filled in; attach the saved file and send it to bulkprintouts@gmail.com. Gmail turns attachments over 25 MB into a Drive link automatically.
When will I get the price?
After we receive your file on WhatsApp we check the pages and confirm the exact price before printing anything. The page count added by this page speeds that up.
Is there a limit on how many times I can use the file packer?
No. Use the file packer as many times as you like, every day, with as many files as you need. There is no daily limit, no file-count limit, no account and no paid plan.
Is there a limit on how many files or how big a ZIP the file packer can make?
We set no limit. The ZIP is built on your own phone or computer, so only its free memory decides how much fits in one go. For very large orders, a laptop or desktop works best; you can also make two ZIPs.
How is this different from sending files on WhatsApp one by one?
Files sent one by one arrive out of order, and photos can get squashed. Here your files are packed into one numbered ZIP on your own device, with page counts and an order sheet inside, and nothing goes anywhere until you send the ZIP yourself. It is free, unlimited and needs no signup.
