Documents, books, manuals, coaching material and question papers are printed here on 600 DPI laser book printing machines, bound in our own bindery, and couriered to every state in India. BulkPrintouts.com is a bulk printing, binding and document scanning facility at Borivali West, Mumbai 400092, operating since 2015. We print black and white from ₹0.50 per side on 70 GSM, colour from ₹1.50 per side on 80 GSM and ₹2.50–₹3.00 per side on 100 GSM Premium, and we bind with spiral, centre pinning, perfect glue binding and hard case binding. Book printing starts at 5 copies of a title. Orders are placed on WhatsApp with a ready-to-print PDF, confirmed in writing, produced in 1–3 working days (about a week for perfect and hard binding) and couriered anywhere in India. Advance payment is 40–80% depending on the job; courier orders see photos of the finished work and clear the balance before dispatch. We store no customer files at all — everything is deleted once the job is done.

We have been producing school books and textbooks for over ten years for prominent schools in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mysore, Gulbarga and Himachal Pradesh, alongside a steady stream of college, coaching and corporate work.

We keep the cost down by printing at volume on laser book printing machines instead of office copiers, by working from a modest workspace instead of a high-rent shopfront, and by cutting out the middlemen who mark the job up on the way to the press. The paper, the powder toner and the 600 DPI output are never the thing that gets reduced to hit a price.

Our rates, in the open

No login, no quote form, no “contact us for pricing”. These are the same numbers we quote on WhatsApp. Quantity bands are counted per job, and black and white pages and colour pages are counted separately.

The 20-page rule: a single PDF must have at least 20 pages to earn the bulk rate, no matter how big the overall order is. Files under 20 pages are charged ₹1.00 per side. Merging short files into one PDF first is the fix — our free merge tool does it in your browser.

How the colour minimum is counted: only colour pages count towards the 500-page 80 GSM minimum. A 1,000-page file with 300 colour pages has a colour batch of 300, so those pages move to 100 GSM Premium while the black and white pages are priced on their own band. Colour printing on 70 GSM has been discontinued — 80 GSM is now the minimum paper for colour.

How an order works

Steps 1 and 2 usually take a few minutes during working hours. Step 5 is 1–3 working days after production for Mumbai and Thane, 3–9 for the rest of India.

Send the file WhatsApp your ready-to-print PDF to 9820169619 with the page count, paper choice, binding and delivery pincode. Very large sets can come as a Google Drive or WeTransfer link.
Get the rate in writing We open the file, check the page count and colour coverage, and confirm cost, paper, binding and a delivery estimate. Ask anything at this stage — it is far cheaper than a reprint.
Pay the advance 40–80% by UPI or bank transfer, depending on the nature and scale of the job. Once it lands, the order is confirmed and production usually starts immediately.
Approve the photos For courier orders we photograph the finished job and send it across. The balance is cleared after you approve what you see.
Dispatch or pickup Courier goes out only after the full balance is received. Pickup customers can pay the balance at our Borivali West office when they collect.

Every printout goes through a check before it is packed. We value your time, your trust and your documents, and we would rather reprint a batch at our own cost than send out something we would not accept ourselves.

Payment policy

Payment is by UPI or bank transfer. An invoice is provided on request.

Advance payment

We require 40% to 80% advance payment before starting any job. The exact percentage depends on the nature and scale of the work.

Balance payment for pickup orders

Customers who choose to collect their order from our office may pay the remaining balance at the time of pickup.

Balance payment for courier orders

For orders that need to be shipped or couriered, we share photos of the completed job once it is ready. The remaining payment must be cleared after approval of the photos. Dispatch will be made only after receiving the full balance payment.

Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation before work begins

If the job has not yet started, we will issue a 100% refund with no deductions.

Cancellation after work has started

If the job has already commenced, we can stop the work midway upon request. In such cases, you will be charged only for the portion of work completed up to that point.

Special materials and custom requirements

If your order requires special, customised or non-returnable materials, and we have already procured them, we will need to charge for those materials. You may collect this material if you wish. All costs and processes remain fully transparent.

Important: once we receive your advance payment, your order is considered confirmed and final, and we generally begin processing immediately. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please inform us as early as possible — preferably by phone call — to avoid unnecessary work or charges.

Liability clause

Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of the products and services supplied by us for the specific order. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseen losses, including but not limited to delays, rework costs, loss of business, client losses, penalties, or any additional expenses arising from the use of our products or services.

Any cost that is not explicitly billed or quoted by us does not fall under our responsibility. We will not bear, reimburse or compensate for any external or additional costs under any circumstances.

All commitments, guarantees and liabilities are limited solely to the amount charged and received by us for the order.

Data policy

This is a working constraint as much as a promise: we simply do not have the storage to keep what passes through, and we prefer it that way.

No data storage

We have very limited storage capacity, and therefore we do not store any customer data. All customers must provide ready-to-print PDF files. We handle 5–10 GB of files daily, making it impossible to retain any data on our systems. No request to store or preserve data will be accepted under any circumstances.

Immediate deletion of data

All files are deleted immediately once the job is completed and our accounting formalities are done. We maintain no archives, no backups and no copies of any files.

Customer responsibility

Customers must ensure that they are not submitting any documents whose printing is restricted, confidential or illegal.

Data handling in our online tools

All tools on our website operate entirely on the user’s own device. Our site has no backend, no server uploads and no access to your files. You may even switch off your internet and the tools will still work exactly the same. This guarantees that we do not receive, collect or view any of your data at any point.

Documents we will not print: we strictly do not print government documents such as educational certificates, mark sheets, identification documents, or any other sensitive or official documents — even if the request comes from an institution itself. Such documents must only be printed by their respective authorised agencies.

Delivery & service areas

Pan-India courier is handled by DTDC. Inside Mumbai and Thane, bulk orders can go same day through WeFast or Porter at the delivery partner’s own charge — we add nothing on top.

Who are BulkPrintouts.com?

How much advance payment do you take?

Between 40% and 80% of the order value, depending on the nature and scale of the work. Pickup customers may pay the balance when collecting. Courier customers approve photos of the finished job, clear the balance, and the order is then dispatched.

Can I cancel an order and get a refund?

If the job has not started, you get a 100% refund with no deduction. If it has already started, we stop it on request and charge only for the portion completed. If special or non-returnable material was already bought for your order, that material is charged and you may collect it.

Do you store my files after printing?

No. We handle 5–10 GB of customer files a day and keep no archives, backups or copies. Files are deleted as soon as the job is completed and the accounting is done. Requests to store or preserve data cannot be accepted.

Are the free PDF tools on your website safe to use?

Yes. Every tool runs entirely inside your own browser. There is no backend, no upload and no server copy of your file. Switch your internet off and the tools still work, which is proof that nothing leaves your device.

Which documents will you not print?

Government and official documents such as educational certificates, mark sheets and identification documents — even when the request comes from an institution itself. Those must be printed only by their authorised agencies. Customers are responsible for not sending restricted, confidential or illegal material.

What is your liability if something goes wrong?

Book printing starts at 5 copies of the same title. Document printing has no order minimum, but a single PDF must have at least 20 pages to earn the bulk rate — shorter files are charged ₹1.00 per side. Binding on its own has no minimum at all, so even one book is bound.

Do you deliver outside Mumbai?

Yes, to every state in India. Courier is ₹50 per kg within Mumbai and Thane and ₹120 for the first kg plus ₹70 per additional kg elsewhere. Same-day delivery inside Mumbai and Thane can be arranged through WeFast or Porter at the delivery partner’s own charge.

Why are your rates lower than a local print shop?

Because the work runs at volume on book printing machines rather than office copiers, from a modest workspace rather than a high-rent shopfront, with no middlemen marking it up. The paper, the toner and the 600 DPI laser output are not what gets reduced to hit the price.
