Advance Payment
We require 40% to 80% advance payment before starting any job. The exact percentage depends on the nature and scale of the work.
Balance Payment for Pickup Orders
Customers who choose to collect their order from our office may pay the remaining balance at the time of pickup.
Balance Payment for Courier Orders
For orders that need to be shipped / couriered, we will share photos of the completed job once it is ready.
The remaining payment must be cleared after approval of the photos.
Dispatch will be made only after receiving the full balance payment.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If the job has not yet started, we will issue a 100% refund with no deductions.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
If the job has already commenced, we can stop the work midway upon request.
In such cases, you will be charged only for the portion of work completed up to that point.

Once we receive your advance payment, your order is considered confirmed and final, and we generally begin processing immediately.
Therefore, if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please inform us as early as possible, and preferably by phone call, to avoid unnecessary work or charges.
Liability Clause
Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of the products and services supplied by us for the specific order. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseen losses, including but not limited to delays, rework costs, loss of business, client losses, penalties, or any additional expenses arising from the use of our products or services.
Any cost that is not explicitly billed or quoted by us does not fall under our responsibility. We will not bear, reimburse, or compensate for any external or additional costs under any circumstances.
All commitments, guarantees, and liabilities are limited solely to the amount charged and received by us for the order.
No Data Storage
We have very limited storage capacity, and therefore we do not store any customer data.
All customers must provide ready-
We handle 5–10 GB of files daily, making it impossible to retain any data on our systems.
No request to store or preserve data will be accepted under any circumstances.
Immediate Deletion of Data
All files are deleted immediately once the job is completed and our accounting formalities are done.
We maintain no archives, no backups, and no copies of any files.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that they are not submitting any documents whose printing is restricted, confidential, or illegal. We strictly do not print government documents such as educational certificates, mark sheets, identification documents, or any other sensitive/official documents—even if the request comes from an institution itself.
Such documents must only be printed by their respective authorised agencies.
Data Handling in Online Utilities
All tools and utilities on our website operate entirely on the user’s own device.
Our site has no backend, no server uploads, and no access to your files.
You may even switch off your internet, and the utilities will still work exactly the same.
This guarantees that we do not receive, collect, or view any of your data at any point.
